I met Niel 10 years ago through a local church in Thousand Oaks where his shop use to be located. Niel is an honest man he advised me of an oil leak in my Cadillac DTS that would eventually lead to engine failure. I have been taking all my vehicles with him and never had any issues. I have referred friends and family and they all have had positive experiences with Niel. He recently replaced the transmission and differential on my Cadillac CTS and dealt with the extended warranty company. I just got new tires from Niel for my Lexus ES300. The shop hours are accommodating to my schedule. There is a new rewards program that allows you save points and redeem on services. Always a great experience; Thanks Niel for keeping my Cadillac on the road.

Niel and his team were able to fit me in quickly while still attending to his long time customers with appointments. A friend of mine highly recommended Niel when he learned that I needed to get my car Smogged for my license registration renewal. I called Neil early in the morning, just after he opened, to see whether he could get me in today and whether I needed an appointment. He told me to just bring my car in any time and they would take care of me. I got there a little while later. Niel was very friendly and accommodating, and they performed the smog procedure and had me out the door in a very short time. I highly recommend them.

Knowledgeable and understanding. We had our suv in for diagnosis, which was done and reported back to us in detail with a great explanation of all the relevant issues. I recently took a cross-country road trip so I wanted to give my 2018 Subaru a major maintenance. I had my car checked at the dealership before I went to the Neil's. They gave me a long list of auto parts I need to repair with unreasonable prices. My friend strongly recommended me to see Neil instead. He had everything on the list done and added one more item he thought necessary, but the total price was still significantly lower than the dealer! They did their work nicely and quickly. I dropped my car at 8:30 am and picked up at 4 pm. The location is great, too. It was adjacent to several business plazas with decent restaurants and grocery stores. Everything is in walking distance. I spent my day at a nearby coffee place waiting for my car. For first-time visitors, one thing I need to mention is that the direction given by Google map is wrong. The navigator asked me to make a right turn at E Los Angeles Ave@Park Ln. I spent 10 minutes driving back and forth along Park Ln and couldn't find anything. Actually you need to drive a little bit pass Park Ln and turn right into the plaza where you see Doggie Day Camp & Grooming and Sister sushi. It is easier to set your destination as Sister Sushi & Grilled.

I've been going to Niel's for about a year now and have been very pleased. One thing I appreciate with him and his team is that they allow me to see, watch and learn what they do on my cars. I'm no mechanic but I am mechanically-inclined and take my tough auto-repair projects I cannot handle to them. The auto mechanic shops I've gone to in the past (with the exception one who's retired now) wouldn't let me near their garage/bay area. That's pretty shady to me. I also appreciate his honesty & transparency, which is hard to come by with most auto mechanic shops. I would highly recommend Niel & his team of mechanics.

Fast, Thorough, Well-Priced, and Informative. I had to swing by on a Friday afternoon without an appointment to deal with a potential ?check engine light? disaster. Neil was awesome. His team checked it out, had a thorough solve in place, and had me on my way in an hour. Can't say enough about how awesome Neil and his team are. I've always been told to never go to a mechanic or buy a car without a man, but when I moved to California without knowing anyone here, I didn't have a choice. I bought a pre-owned car privately and took it in to Neil for a check up, oil change, and battery/blown fuses(fault of a roadside company), at different times and was always worried what issues may be hiding. Each time they performed the work I needed with a thorough exam, replaced fluids, filled air, and charged me fair and surprisingly low prices. He even personally dropped me off and picked me up from my office down the street so I didn't have to uber. More importantly, they walked me through everything they did, and what kind of preventative care I should take when it comes up, and never ever tried to sell me anything I didn't need. A huge relief. Neil is a great guy, who just believes that honesty and fairness builds trust and long lasting customers, and he's right, those can be scarce commodities these days so it makes him stand out. I will never take my car anywhere else.
